Smartphone controlled washing machine launched.
Samsung is introducing a new washing machine, the WW9000, that can be controlled entirely by smartphone via an app.
Although this isn’t the first washing machine on the market that can link to a mobile phone, LG, Haeir & Samsung all have washing machines on the market that allow you to monitor the status of your load, This is the first washing machine on the market that gives you complete control of you washing machine remotely.
The WW9000 benefits from a brand new feature called Smart Control. Smart Control not only allows you to monitor the status of a load but also allows you to actually start & stop cycles from your smartphone.
The WW9000 washing machine also benefits from having several intelligent wash programmes designed to deal with various types of stains. These include gardening stains, cooking/dining stains, sports stains, kids stains, working stains & everyday stains. It even has a Super Speed Wash that’s able to wash a load in less than 60 minutes.
The WW900 also features a large 5-inch colour touchscreen that makes the machine a breeze to operate & a clever ‘most used’ function which actually remembers the washing cycles you use most often.
The Samsung WW9000 washing machine will be available from May 2014.
