Should you buy a perfect sense kitchen?
A perfect sense kitchen is one of many types of kitchens available. Like most other things, it has a number of advantages and disadvantages. These are important to be aware of before investing in one.
Advantages of a perfect sense kitchen
One big advantage is the cost. It’s one of the least expensive kitchen types on the market.
Another thing likely to attract you is the quality of the finish. It’s so silky smooth that you won’t be able to help falling in love with it.
It’s also extremely durable — especially crucial if you have young children or pets, and the kitchen doubles as a playground. A perfect sense kitchen will be much more resistant to knocks and scratches than other smooth finishes, such as lacquered kitchens.
And, speaking of children, one nightmare of having kids around your gleaming kitchen is the sticky fingerprints they leave behind. A perfect sense kitchen is much more resistant to fingerprints than most other finishes.
Disadvantages of a perfect sense kitchen
Although there are plenty of plusses for a perfect sense kitchen, there are also some drawbacks. For example, while it’s a relatively low-cost option, it still costs more than a laminate kitchen.
Another problem is that, while the finish itself is beautiful, other aspects of the aesthetics are less attractive. In particular, it has a visible edge on all of the sides — a feature some people dislike.
Perhaps the biggest issue with perfect sense kitchens, though, is their very limited choice of colours. You have no more than 8 to 10 colours to pick from. This contrasts with a lacquered kitchen, where there can be as many as 25 colours to choose from. Also, with a lacquered kitchen, you can often have the door lacquered in any colour of your choice. This isn’t possible with a perfect sense kitchen.
